Li’s Midnight Pork Sandwich

  1. Mix the pork tenderloin slices and Stickburners Classic Canadian BBQ Glaze together in a microwavable container
  2. Heat mixture in the microwave on a medium setting until warm
  3. Cut the bun in half and spread the top half generously with the cream cheese
  4. Arrange the warm pork slices on the bottom half of the bun
  5. Add the handful of arugula or coleslaw on top
  6. Consume with pleasure
  7. Lick your lips
  8. Repeat

Stickburners Snack Mix

Stickburners Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 heaping Tbsp Stickburners Classic Canadian BBQ Rub
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cups of your favourite cereal (e.g. Crispix, Chex, Cheerios) – a mix always works out the best!
  • 1 cup of pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup of your favourite nuts

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 250°F
  2. Melt butter in the microwave.
  3. Mix the Stickburners Classic Canadian BBQ Rub & Worcestershire with the melted butter.
  4. Stir wet & dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  5. Spread the mix in a pan or on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

  1. Put veggies in a large bowl & sprinkle with oil. Toss to coat.
  2. Dust with Stickburners Classic Canadian BBQ Rub & mix all ingredients well.
  3. Grill on the BBQ or in the oven until done

  1. Sprinkle Stickburners Classic Canadian BBQ Rub on the pork & massage into meat, discarding excess.
  2. Grill pork on the BBQ, in the oven, or in a pan until done.
  3. Brush Stickburners Classic Canadian BBQ Glaze on the pork a few times during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  4. Let stand for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Slice & enjoy!
